    Do they...do they really not understand how public defenders work? (of course they do, this is just more fear/race baiting because they have nothing else to go on)

    A source familiar with the GOP's strategy for Jackson's confirmation hearing says they are planning to attack her over her 2005 representation of a man named Vaughn Kosh when Jackson was his court-appointed public defender.

    Guardsman from many states have “deployed” to Ukraine (and almost all other European nations) continuously over the last 15 years. It’s called the “State Partnership Program,” and it’s a phenomenal way to build trust with allied Armies. (My favorite is Georgia goes to…Georgia!)

    Russian state TV is claiming that three American "mercenaries" had been killed in Ukraine. All three men they're naming were deployed to Ukraine with the TN National Guard in 2018 and returned to the US by 2019. They're all alive and none are in Ukraine.

    Sen. Kennedy puts being a lawyer & public defender (who doesn’t choose their clients) in context: “I’m not going to criticize her for any client she’s represented. We’ve all represented clients that we didn’t agree with and in some cases, didn’t even like”

    Judge Jackson has been endorsed by the International Association of Chiefs of Police, praised by the FOP, 63 R and D AGs and a number of prominent judges appointed by Republicans. No need to speculate about how she’d approach judging - we know from her fair and impartial record.
