I'm not sure I understand the argument that 1 in 1000 risk of kids getting MISC from COVID is nothing to worry about but <1 in 30k risk of myocarditis from the vaccine is to be more feared. This is at best a poor understanding of relative risk. At worst, it is antivaccine.

MISC risk from CDC https://www.cdc.gov/mis-c/cases/index.html … Myocarditis risk calcuated from Israel administering >1.6 million doses of vaccine to people age 0-29 with 62 cases of myocarditis reported.

1/ Meanwhile, @cdcgov and the public health experts insist that post-vaccine myocarditis cases in young people are occurring at normal background rates. THIS IS FALSE. I normally give myself wriggle room, but the data are unequivocal. THEY ARE NOT TELLING THE TRUTH...

Uhm...They take all the same tests and do the same residencies and fellowships. DO/MD are virtually indistinguishable in the US. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Especially since there’s been no data on the level of myocarditis, no differentiation or research into whether it could’ve been caused by some thing other than vaccines and the actual numbers I’m looking at in Israel is closer to one and 82,000. Background level.

What's the risk of getting Covid as a 0-29 year old, after getting infected with Sars-Cov-2? What's the score then? And then there is the difference between getting randomly infected,, or sick, and willingly getting vaccinated.

The problem is that with lifting restrictions, the unvaccinated will inevitably be exposed to the virus
