How about displaying the smaller YouTubes on the trending list I mean there's loads of smaller YouTubes who have better content then someone with 8 million subs #YouTubePartnerProgram

Right on - why not a spot on the trend list for a "Hey check this Channel" and just put random small creators to help them get found? By random and small I mean less than 1k subs, perhaps in the similar categories the viewer normally watches #YouTubePartnerProgram @TeamYouTube
