    🇦🇺's Pacific Australia Labour Mobility scheme connects workers from the Pacific & Timor-Leste with regional Australian businesses to address workforce shortages in Australia & support economic growth in the Pacific & Timor-Leste. For more on the scheme ➡️

    Very welcome news out of Tassie today that will see more Pacific workers arriving ahead of the summer harvest, including from Tonga. Almost 12,000 Pacific workers have arrived in 🇦🇺 to take up jobs in regional communities since Sept 2020, with another 1,400 due in coming weeks.
