My wife cuts my hair. Sometimes I have the kids use my bathwater. I'll drive up to 4 hours to a different airport for a cheaper ticket. I rarely eat out; when I do it's carryout, no matter the restaurant, to avoid the 20% tip.

most servers who take your to go order still have to tip the kitchen a % of their food sales (including to go orders!) regardless if you tip them or not.

Wow. That's a sorry policy for the workers. I'll keep that in mind and tip on to-go/eat out even less than I do now.
