Preferred the old wiki wiki concept, especially for intrsnets; but people were always afraid to edit & create. It hindered collaboration. Perhaps there's something to the "read only" nature of the twiti twiti that makes it so much more generative (I hesitate to say "productive")

*intranets Wikipedia is really its own thing; too bad most people have never even used their personal own wiki for small teams, or even just personal use.

I really like the idea of creative collaboration tools but the one thing they tend to lack is an idea or directionality. The idea on Twitter is *what’s happening in the world*, so it’s fluid, dynamic, and always has directionality.

isn't publishing rooted in individual identity? what bestsellers have been co-authored? how does revenue share work? I've thought before of linking up with my friend and applying to a Ph.D. program together as a two-person unit, like a copywriter + designer duo in an ad agency
