Probably good & bad. It could also lead to less community by taking a more aggressive approach with your neighbors. Could lead to NIMBYism backed by the firm hand of the law. Which, of course, further restricts the upward mobility in America, which is already at all time lows.pic.twitter.com/76OlTZzVst
