I just want life to go back to some sort of normal I fear now it’s going to take a long time 
Painful Thursday with the violence yesterday in Washington. What a shocking time for Americans and the world. It can be overwhelming so trying to think of all the positives in the world & all to be optimistic for. Vast majority of people are kind, peaceful & community-oriented.

Exactly this, all that is required for evil to triumph is that good men do nothing. I refuse to do nothing any longer, I may only be a keyboard warrior, but war on evil it has to be. Too many are sitting idly by whilst the far right still holds sway in my country.

Not in America it seems. It was clear a long time ago what a horrible individual he is, yet almost half of Americans still voted for him, and that was despite his utterly negligent handling of the pandemic which has cost so many lives.
