Devi, is it an indication that Public Health Wales test & trace is working fairly well, given the 3 outbreaks could be traced to individual factories? Otherwise, the situation in Wales on the numbers doesn't look much different to Eng, which seems odd given the stricter lockdown?

Lockdown wasted, yes in the sense that we failed to manage care homes. The only lockdown they saw was no visitors.
