1) It never went on a general Lockdown. It did however lockdown military bases and Daegu (superspreader cluster). 2) There is tracing (pen and paper) and tracing (AI-enabled). S.Korea started with the former and quickly and progressively shifted to the latter.

3) AI-enabled tracing (as well as other bits and bobs like self-isolate apps etc) enabled S.Korea to shut infection clusters down faster and more effectively than pen and paper tracing.

I watched a programme on Vietnam! Impressive measures and results!

And, apparently, they have an App. UK doesn't; but some members of the Johnson Crime Syndicate now have lots of our money

Patrick Vallance stated 5% have antibodies in UK. This is around 3 million. We have around 300k confirmed cases. A 10:1 ratio. Therefore when they detect 1000 cases a day there are really around 10000. We have no idea what is going on in the community. Very worrying.

Quite a lot of people will have no antibodies, yet they have had the virus and fought it off with white blood cells. And they possibly have immunity, so are protected. We need to know how many. The testing does not tell us this yet, I think. We need PCR tests for more people.
