July is the time to make the push to eliminate the virus, find any remaining cases & ensure the virus dies out. This means return to life like what New Zealand has. But need to watch importation of cases to Scotland closely which is a large problem. Complex situation.

From my perspective testing is extremely limited, nearly unavailable. Unless this improves I don’t see how schools can reopen

It’s not unavailable but extremely focussed on certain areas (care homes and repeat testing of over 70s in hospital). There should be community surveillance, but afaik there’s not
