When I hear politicians speak - and even some of the experts- all I hear is numbers and actions, I don’t hear WHY they’re doing things, what’s their plan or how will they use technologies. Either they’re responding to latest outcry or they think they don’t need to talk to us

Well, strangely enough, I finally found a strategy on the government’s publicity site BBC. The strategy makes sense, but ... we aren’t told how many tests a will be needed, so we can’t evaluate. There are still a worrying number of vague promises, so we can’t evaluate! Hmm
