    Jokes aside, both US & UK are in a dire position. Those of us calling out in early March were not trying to cause panic. Pushing for early & strong response bc faster to respond & into lockdown (less cases), easier to get public health measures in place & quicker out of lockdown.

        Look at every country that took early action... They have had very few cases and now returning to a slightly normal life. Their actions may have seem excessive initially, to their general population. But now they have a chance of beating the virus. Few deaths. Less economic harm.

        US, UK, BRA, RUS, IND are in dire situation. They all delayed early action, preparation, control & also didnt caution people enough (so as not to create panic, or to avoid economic impact).
