All 4 scenarios are pretty un-implementable throughout the world. Did I miss in the article that people would become immune to this soon as we have thousands of other viruses are there in the world. Medicine is not possible anytime soon

Until there’s a vaccine, people only become immune by getting the disease. This is the worst-case scenario which will result in tens of millions of people suffering a terrible death, and leaving many more permanently injured.
