And it really begins to raise BIG questions about the Deputy CMO's actual aptitude for the job. Every expert everywhere is saying testing is the key to returning to any semblance of normalcy...it's why Singapore, Korea, HK have had much better outcomes...

#Deputy CMO should be forcibly intubated then pumped full of#coronavirus in the new#ExCel morgue in E.#London. It will have to be done by ambu bag as the new 1-km-long "hospital" will have no ventilators. -
