Dude, I just said a couple tweets back that he only chooses sides when he thinks it's unambiguous, like paid family leave or child abuse or some other obvious thing.
This is like saying that universal healthcare is unambiguous. Yea, the facts support it, and a majority of people support it, but there's still a lot of right wingers who are against it, and if he were trying not to alienate them, he wouldn't make a video in support of it

A bunch of right wingers being on a particular side doesn't make an issue ambiguous. If anything, it's an indicator that something is fundamentally wrong with that position.
