In January, , , and I ran a short class at on topics we think are missing in most CS programs — tools we use every day that everyone should know, like bash, git, vim, and tmux. And now the lecture notes and videos are online!

Can’t wait for my family to add more aunties and uncles I don’t even know. And get more “Bhagwan” and “Good morning” pictures from them.

If proper SexEd was given, chances of rape around the nation would drastically drop.If even the poorest kids were given the chance to study even till the 10th standard imagine how much they could assist their families by getting a minimum wage & go up the stair.

The youth of India has so much potential. Both those in India and those outside. If used in the right way, India can become the most powerful country. Time to change the orthodoxical thinking.

It’s funny how so many Boomers in India are like die hard fans of Modi. Why can’t India get a younger PM, someone who would be able to change the education system and make the youths unite and stronger? It’s time for these fucking Indian Boomers to go hit the sack and drink chai.

If you aren’t working with people you care about & respect, your job probably isn’t the one for you. I'll be there for anyone who really needs me; when a whole community operates this way, it is very powerful & rewarding. Personal contact at times of personal difficulty is a must.

You could set up a quick app which asks you for all the information. And then you call the driver over ASAP and then get the job done at your convenience. You can pay the driver when he measures the weight of the parcel and gets it sorted by cash or card. Win-win for everyone.

More over, there’d be an increase in employment. More people get jobs. Plus safer shipment of items as when someone comes to your place they’re not distracted by other customers and less of a hassle to look for ways to take things to the post office.

If the post office were to employ people to go and collect packages imagine how much more revenue they could make. I’d assume an additional 20% surplus which I believe anyone would pay, rather than going to the post office and waiting in the queue where people just ask for pens😂

THREAD: This rt probably has nothing to do with the coffee mug. However, why have we not changed the way we send things. Why must “we take” stuff to the post office and not have people from post offices come and collect parcels/packages?

Nicholas Winton helped 669 Jewish children escape the Nazis. His efforts went unrecognized for 50 years; then in 1988, while sitting as a member of a TV audience, he suddenly found himself surrounded by the kids he’d rescued, now adults. It often takes the dark to see the stars.

I have a strong feeling that Presidential Debates will soon include telecom services into their campaigns for eg. better coverage and things like who’s first. We just need to get someone awesome like / to make a new company with better services and better rates
