Researching and compiling these has gotten very depressing very quickly. Almost every single 'bold' policy initiative they have announced in every field has ended in total failure: health, education, infrastructure, tourism, economic development. There are *no* success stories.

School league tables that destroy teacher morale and warp the curriculum are actually radical. Turning higher education into a business is actually progressive. Everything that you thought was bad...guess what, it’s actually radical when we do it.

No, they rejected those powers when they were offered. Instead they are going to run a private rail franchise and rebrand it transport for wales so it sounds like it’s publicly owned, lol
