  2. We designed to provide accessible virtual & physical simulators for surgical trainees 🔄 the 🌎 to use self-directed systems to learn essential reconstructive surgeries & eventually scale to include many more critical surgeries.

  4. Asking the right questions in must go beyond traditional outcome metrics & take a more nuanced look at *access* to care in a way that considers the counterfactual & confounders. Making sure that we are asking the right questions is essential to meaningful change.
