@derekwillis Well, I read the report as implying their CMS needed to be rebuilt from the ground up, but I'm an IT guy. ;-)
Maybe that's because it didn't address those kinds of efficiencies, which are more achievable now thanks to digital tools/staff, at all.

@znmeb it *was* rebuilt from the ground up. most ppl don't use it directly. -
@derekwillis "mobile first / responsive?" Or are they a state-of-the-art desktop shop? -
@znmeb do you read@UpshotNYT? That's done in our CMS, and it is fine on mobile. -
