Could be. A lot of words/terms are being redefined these days. I personally get confused as to what sexual assault is supposed to mean. Is it rape or an inappropiate touch/fondle.

How many rulings do you have to have in the books for default reporting to opt for "unconstitutional statements" instead of "anti-gay statements"?

One is fear of, the other is hate toward; both are on the spectrum of ignorance and intolerance. We have to do better.

I think it's more linguistically accurate and critical but it somehow doesn't carry the same pejorative weight yet
