    What’s fascinating to hear from many of the ppl who claim that their early ancestors “came here legally” is that it attempts to create a moral distinction where there isn’t one. Only 1% of ppl who showed up at Ellis Island were turned away. Mostly, if you showed up, you got in.

    Gene Ryan and the should publicly support a repeal of the Maryland Officer’s Bill of Rights that provide a level of cover for officers unlike any other citizen. In MD, you can’t even make anonymous complaints against officers for instances of brutality, per state law.
