I feel like there could be some confounding factors in Italy’s case—eg older population, cultural that encourages more interpersonal contact, lack of early social distancing efforts—that contribute to that?

To us in the UK, your healthcare system is mind blowing, and not in a good way. How can you have a country that doesn’t ensure all it’s citizens have free healthcare. It’s a fundamental basic human right

It’s as if the government cares more about profit than the lives and wellbeing of it’s citizens. That is morally wrong and I can only imagine is extremely distressing
