Thats quite quick! I don't think time is the most important factor, but most "senior roles" at the companies I worked for were given to ppl with 5+ years experience in their stacks and 10 years overall experience. My currently company doesn't distinguish - we're all just devs.

I'm curious about the "just devs." How large is the team? How large is the org? I've been in this situation before, but I don't see it working in a large org.
