    The medical science on forced masking children didn’t change — the political science did. In Florida, we never imposed state mask mandates, and we liberated children and parents from the local authorities that did. We hope every jurisdiction will follow suit.

    This gets the analogy exactly backwards. Brown overturned Plessy (58 yrs later), thus restoring basic human rights. Now Dobbs can overturn Roe (49 yrs later) and restore the basic principle that life is a human right. This analogy was also expressly discussed at SCOTUS oral arg.
