This X1 Carbon 2016 is the last time I buy a @lenovo laptop. Its BIOS bricked itself again for the second time in a year.
Then I paid extra for extended 3 year warranty, which includes 1 day repair SLA. Pinged support ticket multiple times, no answer in 7 days.

Called them today, "oh we don't know what happened" then "yeah, we don't have the part, can't tell you when we can dispatch a tech".

Now I am the proud owner of a $2500 brick, which is especially great given that I'll be away from the country for 10 days starting Monday
