Just caught up on the Lerna/Microsoft drama from a few days ago. And as expected, there is still no evidence that Microsoft ever violated that project's license. (Context: https://twitter.com/jamiebuilds/status/1002696910266773505 …)
The author themselves don't link to any proof. Microsoft, in an internal review, found no evidence of code being copied from Lerna into their own project. The Lerna author claims that Microsoft edited the history of their Git repository to hide the copyright violations.

Of course, there is also no evidence of such history editing. It would be easy: just find a hash on http://archive.org that existed N months ago and isn't present in the currently published repo. Or an old fork somewhere, or something. But yeah, as expected, nothing.
