It won't be discounted.. it's just not the sole issue. There are many mass shootings where the FBI had no warnings.. the common factor is highpower military weaponry .. no reason to not ban those weapons amd bring back mental health checks.. Among other things

Happy about the progress, but the scale on those bar graphs is horrible. A 12% increase visually appears almost double the 49%. Harvard should do better.

The display just has the lower part of the bars cut off, which is confusing in this instance. So instead of zero, they all start at 20 or 30. They could have done it better.
