There's historical evidence that AA and Hispanic voters tend to have surprisingly high levels of "undecideds" and "go home" late.
Worth keeping eye on, but I wouldn't read THAT much into AA & Hispanics numbers '16 & '20 at this moment.
For context:
Poll included interviews with 1,000 RVs (120 blacks and 100 Hispanics).
Overall MoE = 3%, but 10% for Blacks & 10% for Hispanics.
