I’m pretty sure the statement “6-of-7 young blacks don't believe America built for them” is wrong based upon your polling data. You show net agreement which is calculated by taking those who agree and subtracting those who don’t agree. A positive number means a plurality agree.
Well before #GeorgeFloydProtests, @harvardiop youth poll asked whether America was built for people like them.
Net agreement (agree-disagree):
53% Whites agree (not great place to start)
29% Hispanic
15% Black
