Biden certainly has to work for #youthvote; he seems to be making this strategic imperative in way Clinton never did.
I'm cautious of reading too much into tel polls of a few hundred youth. Those cited range from even to Biden +21.

Could not disagree more. Under 40s think that Biden believes turning out boomer moderates is more important than turning out the youth vote. Times are desperate and the under 40s want m4a so he proposes “lowering the age to 60”. He’ll lose & we’ll be blamed.
