Plenty of young voters who weren’t necessarily pro-Bernie who wonder if Biden, especially at this stage of his life, really has the ability to see and understand younger voters and the things they care about and the challenges they face. I think people are too sanguine tbh
He definitely has to work for it; I believe he will and take much more seriously than Clinton camp.

I actually genuinely disagree here. The nastiness of 2016 and the leaked emails and stuff really poisoned the well, but Hillary was much more reflective about policy and willing to tack left on some policy and speak to those challenges. We haven’t seen any of that from Biden

A passing reference to “progressive healthcare” and lol “re-entering the Paris climate accords” in a single sentence won’t cut it. Everyone talks about Biden’s empathy but he has to show to young voters he *sees* to them & then show that he can proficiently speak to their issues
