Based on historic spike in youth turnout in midterms (2x 32-yr avg), the lackluster (I'm being charitable) 18-29 turnout in 1st four states requires more analysis, less spin. Does Trump have to be on ballot for youth to vote? Will Biden's team of rivals empower more youth?

Hypothesis: Younger voters have a lower tolerance threshold and if the demotivation is independent of age and an additive effect, it pushes more younger voters above their tolerance threshold than it would older voters.
