NH is arguably the best in the country in regards to disenfranchising young people.
This deserves real scrutiny. Were young voters in NH uninspired? Undermobilized? Undercounted in exits? 10-pt shift between younger & older notable. Share of NH D Primary <30 & 65+: 2020: 14% & 25% (Youth adv -9) 2016: 19% & 18% (+1) 2008: 18% & 13% (+5) 2004: 14% & 11% (+3)
