if memory serves correctly - the R to D flipped seats were in collar counties, right? -
The partisan switch from republican to Democrat in 2018 was +24 for young voters. The overall electorate was +14. No group switched more, no group increased turnout more. Suburban women v important, along with others-but youth participation was critical. Added 2 pts to D margin.
