I wish other generations would take it more seriously. How many more need to die? Boggles my mind.

As a 37 year old may I point of that we had Columbine as well that was a shattering of our innocence 2 tears before 9/11. Mass shootings are multi generational problem now that has expanded over 20 years.

This doesn't compare to 911 but anything to push his narrative.

School shootings are an ongoing, preventable risk while 9/11 was a one-time, unanticipated one, and this comparison works. Also: after 9/11, nobody was afraid that 9/11 would kill them. After Parkland, we were - and we are - afraid to go to school.

Those are all better regulated than guns. We could minimize the amount of deaths caused by guns with better regulation. For example car deaths decreased after making the wearing of seatbelts into law.

There were 37,000 more guns deaths in 2017 than from the WTC attack. Immediate action was taken to prevent another 9/11. Not nearly enough has been done to prevent another gun death.
