Update: Google's team has tracked down my test site, most likely using the source code I shared and de-indexed the whole domain. I took the whole site down. (re: )

I think there's probably an argument that some people would and a place for discourse around influence. I would've thrown in an exit pop-up to let users know what they'd just been subjected to. But I appreciate expirmentation in the name of science and admire the ingenuity.

If your title promises an answer then deliver that answer in the first paragraph of your article like this: Same goes for videos. In fact Google now automatically sends users to "good parts" of your video in search results to skip your pointless rambling.

Build links with impossibly high barrier to entry and you'll prevent 99% of your competitors from copying your link profile. The 1% that do manage to replicate your links are absolute gold. Go and take a look through their link profile for some fantastic ideas.

After culling ~800 domains (for a good reason) it doesn't look like it did anything, but desperately hoping I was wrong. Giving it a little bit of time before I discard the whole domain.
