Look at the data for people under 40. It's bleak for any Republican. But it's also bleak for Democrats. Done with both Corporate parties. It's not 1980. Thinking Obama was left.

Democrats aren't good. But look at the election results from 2017. "Republican red" seats were flipped everywhere. Especially by left progressive candidates. You want centrist Dems to run because you know the real left can win.

You're not thinking longer term strategy. Give him the wall. It will cost more and take longer to build than if (godforbid) 45 has 2 terms in office. This helps the Dems, especially in 2020 b/c they can point and show "Middle America" we care about your safety.

That's not true. I live in VA. Some people who have shocked me want the wall, but they went blue in our governors race. Most people aren't extreme left or extreme right.
