    The wrote to us in Oct. 2019, as part of work into our complaint on DfE processing. Found wide ranging, serious data protection issues, particularly that parents don’t know of school census, or feeding into national pupil database, just like the statutory tests too 2/3

    Of 2,028 parents surveyed on behalf of ⁩, only 4% correctly stated that there are tests in five out of seven primary years. Clear therefore ⁦⁩ that families cannot know you collect the personal data from those tests.
