Overtime At California’s Prisons Swelled To Almost Half A Billion Dollars Last Year. Any suggestions for ways that money could have been better spent to support crime victims and increase public safety? https://witnessla.com/overtime-at-californias-prisons-swelled-to-almost-half-a-billion-dollars-last-year/ …

I have a suggestion! Get a computer system set up for the incarerated. They need to know the current technology for successful reentry!

Brilliant! Not that anyone would hire cons with outdated government provided computer skills, but skyrocketing cybercrime offers plenty of opportonities.

Hey wise guy! First off you need to educate yourself. The "cons" are getting released. May be your new neighbor. Better hope CDCR provided them skills.

The most important skill they will need is knowing how to open a bank account, cash their welfare checks, and stay the hell far away from law abiding Americans and their families - many of whom are mad as hell and trigger happy right now. Tell your friends not to tempt anyone.

Perhaps if
#CDCR Parole Authorities left us alone, we could do much more than that. We're not bad guys, just people who made bad life choices and desperately want to make things right. Why can't people understand that?3 replies 0 retweets 3 likes
We understand, it’s why we advocate.
I’ve mentored incarcerated that got off drugs & programmed to change their life. I’ve mentored people who got out & held two jobs. And I’ve known people like Adnan & Richie who get out & change the world. I got educated about incarceration.
