Do these fires start because of hot weather or are they started? #CampFire

That is what I read, that an electrical pole fell in the wind, and the wires started the fire. So very sad.

It can be so many little random things. Someone mentioned the high winds, which is possible. Could've been a random spark from something. One of the fires earlier this year started from a spark from a tire rim - a truck had a flat tire.

Christ that is scary how easily something like that can cause such carnage

This could have been fallen electrical wires. Wind was very bad

I also heard it was power lines. They can start for a bunch of reasons, but they get bad because of the wind, and the fact that it hasn't rained since May. The summers keep getting longer and longer. This shouldn't be happening in November.

Likely Marijuana enthusiast camping, homeless. It started with at 630 am...someone was warming themselves, smoking their Marijuana and off they go with their day leaving fire unattended or stopped. I would expect Fire season all year round now that recreational Marijuana is legalpic.twitter.com/DLYYEIJly5

Common spreading hearsay rumors randomly like that doesn't help and isn't cool right now.

Lifting the prohibition enacted a clause to NOT blame the Marijuana too. Hopefully none of those who loss their homes voted yes to it....big time regret
