Important data here from 's , showing #ISIS's highest rate of attacks for ~3yrs -- underlining: 1) Reports of #ISIS being near-dead are extremely premature & 2) Analysis based solely on #ISIS claims of responsibility are missing the wood from the trees.

Last week, #Lebanon's armed forced raided Syrians' homes & deported dozens of refugees. continues to document torture, disappearances, arbitrary detention by the Syrian govt. #Syria is not safe, and these deportations violate Lebanon's intl legal obligations.
