    Raytheon's missiles - which are part-made in Scotland - have killed civilians in Yemen. The company is today exhibiting its arms at the London arms fair. The firm's UK operation is chaired by Conservative peer Lord Strathclyde.

    There were Saudi TV channels filming while this happened, but funnily enough they didn't broadcast it. Also a Saudi air force officer was trying to elbow me out the way

  19. The UK does not export enough arms, defence secretary Ben Wallace tells the London arms fair -- "Our Defence sector must do more to prioritise its exports. We must become even more competitive on the global stage".

  20. The government tells parliament: "there is no complete assessment of the [UK] matériel and equipment ... which are now in the hands of the Taliban". The "vast majority" of equipment previously provided to Afghan security forces was "non-lethal".
