Idk, they got an online community where they complaint that they're not getting any, the straightforward solution would be teaching them how to do that. I think those guys in general would benefit alot being taught simple guidelines like, there's no guarantees in love, wash, etc.

The incel community is actually an off-shoot of the pick up artist community. It's a combo of those for whom it didn't work, and those too angry/entitled to want to work at picking up women.
