AFRICAN BARBERS IN BROOKLYN NY I have visited same barber’s shop in Brooklyn for years to have haircut and get latest news about African community. Cab drivers take their break there and exchange information about their daily struggles to make a living in the Big Apple.

IMPORTANCE OF COOLING DOWN You should always take time to cool down after your workout. Also known as recovery period, cooling down consists of exercises at slower pace and reduced intensity. It allows your heart rate and your blood pressure to return to pre-workout levels.
