Echoing “Libs of TikTok” and others, Republican Rep. Ronny Jackson falsely claims Democratic Rep. Katie Porter said pedophilia isn’t a crime. The full video clearly shows Porter did not:

Absolutely not what Porter said. The transcript clearly shows she was arguing that LGBTQ people are *falsely* called groomers and pedophiles on social media merely because of their sexual orientation and gender identity. She did not defend pedophilia.

Katie Porter just said that pedophilia isn’t a crime, she said it’s an “identity.” THIS IS THE EMBODIMENT OF EVIL! The sad thing is that this woman isn't the only VILE person pushing for pedophilia normalization. This is what progressives believe!

12 of the 23 winners were incumbents running for re-election, while 6 more were current officeholders running for bigger jobs. The newcomers who made election denial a central part of their introductions to voters tended to lose, especially in swing states.

CNN projects that Sen. Raphael Warnock of Georgia (D) has defeated Herschel Walker (R), a serial promoter of false conspiracy theories about the 2020 election who had advocated tossing out the results in six states won by Biden.

The ad says, with no citation or explanation, that Warnock “voted to allow biological men to compete in women’s college sports.” It doesn’t explain that the vote was actually about depriving educational institutions of educational funding for allowing trans athletes to compete.

Subject matter aside, the link to Warnock is so flimsy. Warnock voted against a GOP proposal that would’ve denied billions in education funding - overwhelmingly money unrelated to sports - to states, school districts and colleges solely because they let transgender women compete.

Herschel Walker is up with a new runoff ad about transgender athletes, featuring a swimmer who tied with Lia Thomas.
“My senior year, I was forced to compete against a biological male,” Riley Gaines says in the ad for Walker’s Senate campaign.
