And of course it’s worth reporting on Trump’s new policy comments, new disparaging of people, whatever. But surely there is room somewhere in these stories to report on the incessant lying, and it almost never happens.
To me, the frequency and brazenness of the dishonesty is usually the most notable thing about the speech. Others can reasonably disagree. Regardless, it’s odd that such a prominent feature is frequently not mentioned at all, let alone made the headline. /end
And some of the same people at the WHCD applauding Ron Chernow's speech about the need for truth and a free press are the biggest offenders. We need reporters, not repeaters.
Kudos!!! This, is a brilliant meme to the media: #ReportersNotRepeaters
Honest to God, at this point, it would be easier to note the *true* things he utters.

When he said he could shoot someone and not lose a single supporter that was as close to the truth as he's ever going to get.

We need a big stamp "LIE" to go on the monitor every time his lie is getting covered. It needs to be a big visual. May be a diagonal across the screen to top left.. an overlay. We need it to rapidly become a standard practice.
I use this every time I can on Twitter! It would be great to have it on the TV screen, too! Maybe Daniel could have a little icon pop up on the screen with the count and the factual information--like a date stamp!pic.twitter.com/izwzkGxZfp

You’ve become the official chronicler of an ugly, disastrous period of our history. Thank you!!
telling it took a canadian to even identify the US msm's ubiquitous failing. and it's of course a canadian that keeps trying to help their neighbor survive the cancer. (sort of like a UK citizen notifying FBI of russians' efforts in 2016 while no one on don's campaign did.)
That’s why your consistent work on this is so important. You counteract widespread #normalizing of Trump.
