Then charge us business owners using @USPS more to compensate driving down our business profits.

The U.S. Postal service is much better than it used to be. Cheaper too. I will NEVER use #UPS again. They have gotten so expensive, and now charging more to deliver to rural areas!! Not using #UPS anymore!! #UPS is not what it used to be. They suck. The US Postal service rules.

#UPS gives you a service that you will never in a million years get from the US Postal Service

What sucks about Amazon is you can't see, hold, and check out what you want to buy. I usually end up sending the item back, ends up costing me!! I miss not being able to see, feel, and touch what I want to buy.

Why does no one question this analysis? I wonder what the other side of the story is? Clearly, there is a reason the USPS wants Amazon's business. Oh, and the USPS has been losing money for years, not just to Amazon.

“Loses $1.46 per package” is not what the original Citi report said. Prices would need to be $1.46 higher per package if fixed costs from the postal side were allocated “fairly”. In a world where they are not, Amazon packages help defray those costs.

Another kick in the teeth for local retailers.
