In 30+ years of trial work, I have had judges fall asleep three times in jury trials that I know of. Once during opposing counsel's argument in a critical motion hearing in Bankruptcy Court.

So "sleeping" is now considered "working"? I don't think my boss would pay me to sleep - why is it acceptable for elected officials?
