          But on the dates being referenced (just a few days before Memorial Day), gatherings of less than 10 were allowed, boats were allowed, many restrictions had been lifted. What’s the problem here??

          She is a resident of Lansing Michigan (Her primary address) she lifted the orders for 2 area which are in her 2 vacation destinations and told everyone to not travel up there because the hospitals couldn't handle an outbreak of Covid. Then she went up to one of her vacation homes
